It is required to rent any portion of real property for compensation in exchange for lodging for a period of not more than 31 consecutive days. This may include, but is not limited to, campgrounds, tent sites, tent platforms, motorhomes, boats or other temporary structures on the property. Please find the short term rental permit application and associated checklist below. The documentation that needs to be submitted must include House Rental Rules, Rental Contract, and Proof of Insurance Coverage.   The signature on the short term rental application must be notarized.
